We manage the software platform updates for you. To do so, we administer your instance. If you would like administrative access, we can provide it. However if changes you made require our intervention, this service is done at our hourly rate of $150/hour.

Since we manage your instance updates, we also install additional apps. Your instance comes with a default set of apps for your use. If you would like another app installed, please contact us to assist you with this request.
